About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Public Relations and Content Manager to join our team at Hudson Australia.

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and experienced professional to develop and implement communication strategies that inspire and connect with our stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and deliver marketing and communication products that highlight program initiatives, showcasing our impact and achievements.
  • Write, edit, and produce engaging content for external audiences, including newsletters, social media, and event communications, to promote our programs and services.
  • Provide editorial support and quality assurance for external communication materials, ensuring consistency and accuracy in our messaging.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to produce high-quality publications, including content creation, editing, and layout design, to meet their needs and expectations.
  • Support the delivery of communication plans, strategic initiatives, and promotional campaigns, to drive results and achieve our objectives.
  • Develop impactful case studies and qualitative stories showcasing program success for promotional purposes, highlighting our expertise and capabilities.
  • Develop a range of resources, such as booklets, videos, templates, and graphic materials, to support our communication efforts and enhance stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate with external contractors for merchandise, photography, and videography needs, ensuring seamless execution and high-quality output.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including students, alumni, universities, and businesses, to foster trust and cooperation.
  • Conduct outreach and promotional activities to enhance stakeholder engagement, increasing awareness and interest in our programs and services.
  • Contribute to program reports and plans related to communication and engagement activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
About You
  • You have experience in communications, marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality outputs and achieving results.
  • You possess exceptional writing, editing, and content creation skills for digital and print platforms, with the ability to develop and implement effective communication strategies.
  • You have the ability to develop and implement communication strategies and campaigns, with a focus on stakeholder engagement and audience development.
  • You have proven experience in stakeholder engagement and delivering high-quality outputs, with a strong understanding of what drives results and achieves objectives.
  • You have proficiency in graphic design and content management tools, which is an advantage in this role.
  • You have strong organisational skills with attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • You have experience sourcing and sharing impactful stories to promote program outcomes, with a passion for creativity and innovation.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
