A Christmas Like No Other

This holiday season, we are seeking charismatic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Christmas Casual Helpers. Your role will be to assist our customers in finding the perfect gifts and decorations to make their Christmas sparkle. Whether it's decorating a Christmas tree, hanging a festive wreath on the front door, or setting a merry table, you will be an integral part of bringing joy to our customers.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for individuals who share our passion for providing exceptional customer service and have a love for beautiful homewares and all things Christmas. The successful candidate will:

  • Be customer-focused and agile, able to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Bring high positive energy, confidence, and a can-do approach to their work, contributing to a positive team dynamic.
  • Provide a seamless point-of-sale service that is engaging and efficient, making every customer interaction a pleasure.
  • Assist with operational tasks such as unpacking and replenishing stock, as well as contribute to visual merchandising to ensure our stores look their absolute best.
  • Have great availability to work from 14 December through to 5 January, including weekends and evenings.
