**Retail Store Leadership Opportunity**

">Job Summary:

As a Retail Store Manager, you will have direct responsibility for leading and coaching a team of up to 25 team members. You will drive store performance by maintaining a high standard of store presentation in line with visual merchandising guidelines and brand direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a team of sales associates and supervisors to achieve sales targets and maintain store standards;
  • Monitor and control stock levels throughout the store to maximise return on floor space;
  • Prepare and monitor: store rosters, sales reports, and store/team compliance.

Requirements:

  • Leadership experience; driving results through teams and self;
  • Strong customer service skills;
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team;
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills;
  • Familiarity with retail operations and best practices.
