This is a Full Time role requiring availability for weekends, late-night shifts, and public holidays.

A Day in the Life

  • Drive sales targets and hit KPIs with your high-performing team.
  • Develop your crew's skills, ensuring they're always in top form.
  • Oversee stock management, minimising loss while maximising sales.
  • Keep the store visually appealing with effective merchandising strategies.
  • Foster a safe and engaging work environment for your team and customers.
  • Manage rosters to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time.
