Chief Learning Officer

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Senior Educator to join our centre team. As an Educational Leader, you will play a key role in enhancing educational programs for children, collaborating closely with the centre leadership team to lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.

• Our centre caters for up to 75 children across our Nursery, Toddler and Preschool rooms, providing a welcoming homelike feel where both children and educators feel comfortable and supported.
• We pride ourselves on creating a positive and inclusive learning environment that fosters the growth and development of our children.

1. Collaborate with the centre leadership team to develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of our children.
2. Lead the design and delivery of educational experiences that promote children's social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
3. Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures that support the centre's educational philosophy.
4. Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure a cohesive and effective approach to teaching and learning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Education (Early Childhood Education) or a Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
