The Role:

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Sales and Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales floor team, you'll be responsible for building relationships with customers, providing expert advice on our products, and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Providing expert advice on our products and services to customers
  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service
  • Merchandising and maintaining the sales floor to ensure a visually appealing and easy-to-shop environment
  • Operating computer systems to process sales and manage customer information

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience, preferably in sales or customer service
