Responsibilities- Lead and develop a team of associates.
- Maintain Health and Safety standards within your remit area.
- Develop performance goals and objectives to achieve customer promise expectations.
- Collaborate with support teams to develop plans to meet business objectives.
- Partner with the management team to establish quality control standards.
You will review work forecasts, determine requirements to produce during the day, and demonstrate problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
A Day in the LifeYou'll work shifts and be based at one of our operational sites. Your main focus will be to maintain safety standards within your team and across your site.
You'll also monitor and maintain process efficiency, prioritise routine team management, and perform daily operational tasks.
Personal and Professional DevelopmentThe program includes an 11-week onboarding/training that will develop you to become competent in both soft skill interactions and technical scenarios.
Post onboarding, the program will focus on building proficiency within your role and broadening your lens to understand the wider operation within Amazon Australia.
About the RoleAs a leader, you are part of something bigger and amazing. You will be working with other leaders, support staff, and learning everything you need to know about how operations works.
