Reliable Construction Coordinator

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional administrative services to support the success of the construction division
  • Foster collaboration and ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Manage email inbox, respond to written requests/enquiries from all clients
  • Update onsite Builder with all accurate file notes, emails, documents relating to the build
  • Order contour surveys & soil tests, provide working drawings & all other necessary documents to Certifiers
  • Residential construction approvals/pre construction process
  • Organise and assist Site Managers in providing client requests
  • Place orders for construction team, i.e keys, handover pack items etc
  • Accurately maintain & administrate all documents for each home under pre-construction
  • Support Site Supervisors to maintain the workflow for each job
  • Ensure Invoices are actioned as required
  • Placing orders for office items

**Ideal Candidate:**

  • 1-2 years of experience in construction administrative role
  • Experience using Onsite Companion
  • Be adaptable to change
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
