**Job Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the physical integrity of our property.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing, with excellent customer service skills and general computer knowledge.

You will be working on a variety of tasks including:

  • Timely completion of work orders and special projects
  • Completion of plumbing and electrical service requests
  • Apartment turns, including plumbing, electrical, drywall repair, painting, appliance repair/replacement
  • Servicing residents in a friendly, customer service-oriented manner

In this role, you will also be responsible for diagnosing problems and repairing in the areas of electrical, responding to all service requests on-call emergencies, maintaining the exterior of the property daily, housekeeping duties as required, and snow removal during winter months when needed.

This position requires the ability to work weekends when necessary and be available for on-call purposes. We appreciate flexibility and a positive attitude.

Requirements

- Experience in the hotel industry or multifamily housing preferred but not required

- Excellent customer service skills and general computer knowledge
