Job Description:

As a key member of our Warehousing & Distribution Centre team, you will play a pivotal role in driving operational performance, empowering, and engaging an experienced distribution team. Your primary responsibility will be to drive step change improvements to ensure our Rocklea facility remains the best-in-class.

  • Promote a safe and sustainable work environment, ensuring all activities align with our company values.
  • Develop and implement solutions to improve distribution productivity, driving a high-performance culture built on safe work practices.
  • Manage inventory and support labor planning to meet operational requirements, focusing on accurate and efficient order picking to service customers.
  • Implement waste reduction initiatives through standardized processes, increasing efficiency, and improving organizational effectiveness.
