This is an opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic Clinical Nurse Manager to join the team at Derby Hospital – Kimberley. As a Clinical Nurse Manager After Hours, you will provide clinical leadership and professional consultancy to after-hours nursing staff within Derby Hospital.

Key Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Plan, organize, direct, and coordinate all work arrangements and functions that fall under your jurisdiction to ensure high-quality patient care.">
  • Provide effective nursing leadership and advanced clinical skills relating to Emergency Nursing, High Dependency, General Nursing, Midwifery, or Theatre in an environment of change and evolution of service delivery.">
  • Cordinate human, physical, and financial resources for the delivery of cost-effective quality nursing care.">
  • Understand and apply continuous quality improvement programs and risk management principles.">

  • Eligibility for registration in the category of Registered Nurse by the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia.">
  • Demonstrated ability to provide effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation skills.">
  • A strong understanding of coordination of human, physical, and financial resources for the delivery of cost-effective quality nursing care.">
  • A demonstrated understanding of continuous quality improvement programs and risk management principles.">
