This role offers the chance to work across two critical portfolios directly influencing Levande's culture, brand, and customer experience.

About this Role:
  • You will provide executive-level support across two fast-paced portfolios while playing a hands-on role in supporting the wider Sales & Marketing and People & Culture teams.
  • You will manage complex diaries, travel, inboxes, and expenses for the Chief Sales & Marketing Officer and the Chief People Officer.
  • You will coordinate Sales & Marketing and People & Culture leadership team meetings, including preparing agendas, capturing minutes, and following up on actions to completion.
  • You will provide administrative support to the Sales & Marketing team, including printing and distributing collateral, managing referral program payments, and coordinating merchandise, uniforms, and stationery.
  • You will oversee onboarding support for new hires, including preparation and distribution of welcome packs, IT equipment coordination, and office-based induction support.
  • You will assist with the organisation of key events, workshops, and team offsites.
  • You will manage purchase orders, invoices, and liaise with external agencies and partners.
  • You will support the Sydney Support Centre's day-to-day operations, including locker and access pass management, and contribute as an active member of the administration team.
  • You will act as a trusted and professional interface between the Executive's office and key internal and external stakeholders.
  • You will support reporting, including monthly executive reports and quarterly Board submissions.
  • You will maintain the highest level of confidentiality, particularly in relation to People & Culture activities and sensitive business information.
  • You will contribute to a safe and compliant workplace, supporting WHS and operational risk practices.

  • You will have proficiency in Microsoft Office; exposure to PowerPoint, Canva, or AI productivity tools is an advantage.
  • You will have experience juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A background in industries where brand, customer experience, and insight are central is desirable.
