Construction Supervisor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of small to large domestic and commercial insurance reinstatement projects.

Your primary objective will be to ensure that all site-based operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. This includes quality assurance, adherence to work health and safety (WHS) protocols, making safe decisions, forecasting monthly revenue and project completion dates, and managing budgets to deliver high-quality outcomes for our clients.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to work effectively with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers. You will also have a strong understanding of the construction process, critical inspection points, permits, and WHS requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in construction/building supervision
  • Knowledge:
  • Clear knowledge of National Construction Code (NCC) and Waterproofing
  • AS3740
  • Certifications:
  • Supervisors License (highly desirable)
  • White card
  • Drivers License, WWC, and Induction Card
  • First Aid Certificate
  • Certificate IV in Construction (highly desirable)
