About the Role:
We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sneaker Sales Associate. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert knowledge on our premium products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers in-store
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales and KPI targets
- Process and manage large volumes of stock, including picking and packing click and dispatch orders
- Assist in maintaining the in-store operations, including housekeeping, visual merchandising, and cleaning
- Maintain a positive and can-do attitude at all times to provide an unforgettable shopping experience for our customers
Requirements:
- Previous retail experience is preferred but not essential
- A commitment to providing exceptional customer service and an unforgettable shopping experience
- A passion for streetwear and sneaker culture
- The ability to work well within a fast-paced and energetic team environment
- Self-motivated and willingness to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Ability to listen and use feedback constructively
