Product Display Specialist

We are seeking enthusiastic and hardworking individuals to join our team as product display specialists. As a product display specialist, you will be responsible for:

  • Stocking shelves and merchandising products effectively
  • Serving customers in person and over the phone with exceptional service skills
  • Operating cash registers independently and accurately
  • Inflating balloons and assembling balloon arrangements
  • Assisting customers in placing balloon orders and providing personalized suggestions on balloon design and arrangement
  • Delivering balloons to customers via a company van
  • Cleaning the store, including both the front and back areas

Becoming an expert on our products is key to provide top-notch suggestions to customers. Your knowledge of our products will enable you to make informed recommendations and deliver exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stock Management: Ensure that shelves are fully stocked and merchandise is visually appealing
  • Cash Handling: Operate cash registers efficiently and maintain accurate records
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Balloon Services: Inflate balloons, assemble balloon arrangements, and deliver them to customers

Requirements:

  • Able to travel to work at either Taren Point or Brookvale
  • Driver's license required
  • Previous experience in visual merchandising and customer service preferred
  • Basic computer skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
