Job Opportunity

The role involves working as a Registrar in the Emergency Department at Shellharbour Hospital, delivering high-quality patient care.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage patient flow and prioritise care in a fast-paced emergency setting
  • Work effectively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and maintain skills in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and management of emergency patients
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient interactions and treatment plans
Qualifications and Experience
  • Current AHPRA registration is required for this position
  • Fellowship & CPD Certificate (if applicable)
  • Primary Degree
  • NSW Health online training modules are expected
  • Immunisations/vaccinations are mandatory
  • CRC certification is necessary
  • NSW WWCC clearance is also required
  • Indemnity insurance must be held
  • A Medicare provider number is essential
  • ID check and NSW declarations are also required
