About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work behind the wheel of our iconic vans, delivering customer orders to their homes during the day or night. As a Customer Service Agent, you'll play a key role in helping us achieve our goal of providing exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and packing orders to the highest standard, ready for delivery
  • Delivering customer orders to their homes, ensuring they receive their items promptly and efficiently
  • Providing excellent customer service, resolving any issues that may arise during delivery

About You:

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

  • A commitment to providing great customer experiences by working with enthusiasm, energy, and pace
  • An Unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence and a safe driving record
  • The confidence to safely drive and navigate through busy streets, suburban roads, and/or regional areas
  • Availability to work flexible hours across our store trading days, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
