Job Overview: In our mission to safeguard the well-being of employees and datacenter operations, we seek a seasoned Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) Manager. This pivotal role involves spearheading incident prevention through rigorous risk management processes, emergency preparedness, and adherence to strict safety protocols.

The ideal candidate will ensure a safe working environment by scrutinizing risks and hazardous practices, implementing control measures, monitoring performance, and guaranteeing compliance with relevant regulations.

As part of our cross-functional team, you will collaborate closely to deliver critical infrastructure and foundational technologies for online services, including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and Microsoft Azure.

About the Role: Our EHS team is responsible for developing and implementing global environmental health and safety programs. Key responsibilities include managing EHS metrics, formulating annual improvement plans, conducting regular audits and reviews, and supporting incident investigations.

Responsibilities:

  • Delivering regulatory training programs

Requirements: A bachelor's degree in a related field such as health and safety, environmental science, or industrial hygiene, coupled with at least six years of experience in EHS worldwide regulations. Alternative qualifications may be considered.

Preferred Qualifications: A master's degree in a related field with eight or more years of experience in EHS worldwide regulations. Holding internationally recognized safety and health certifications is highly desirable.
