Clinical Manager Role

Our organization is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to fill the position of Clinical Manager. This vital role will ensure high standards of care and safety for our clients, overseeing medications, restrictive practices, and other clinical requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide expert guidance on clinical practices and recommendations regarding medications and restrictive practices.
• Maintain accurate records of medication administration and other clinical documentation for our clients.
• Manage a team of Community Nurses to deliver exceptional care.
• Monitor and report on the implementation of restrictive practices in line with relevant legislation and develop best practice strategies.
• E nsure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Design and deliver comprehensive clinical training programs.

Requirements:

• Current Nursing Registration.
• A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Knowledge of the NDIS or ability to quickly learn.
• Preferred experience in implementing restrictive practices and community nursing.
