Senior Leadership Position

This role will drive our category strategy into the next phase of growth while leading a high-performing team.

The successful candidate will set strategic direction for our categories and sub-categories, utilising data to uncover opportunities and deliver recommendations to diverse customers.

The ANZ Retail Sales Team serves a range of customers from large retailers to independent store owners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop win-win customer strategies, plans and execution that make us the supplier of choice.
  • Lead sales coordination of revenue growth management including pricing, promotional effectiveness, distribution, and mix recommendations.
  • Provide strategic leadership, coaching and direction in alignment with overarching business strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in senior sales or category roles within consumer goods, working in cross-functional teams.
  • A strong track record of delivering commercial outcomes.
  • Ability to influence and challenge stakeholders to create best commercial and financial outcomes.
  • Proven ability to identify opportunities and drive organisational change.
  • Proven experience in leading, managing and mentoring.
