Urgent Care Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to oversee patient care in our Urgent Care Service.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position where you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive nursing assessments, triaging patients requiring emergency attention or experiencing health deterioration, and delivering patient-centered care.
Key Responsibilities- Comprehensive Nursing Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments of patients to efficiently triage them.
- Triage and Patient Care: Triage patients requiring emergency attention or experiencing health deterioration and deliver high-quality patient care.
- AHPRA Registration: Must have current AHPRA registration as a Nurse.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year's prior triage experience, ideally in an emergency department. Preferred experience of 5 years or more.
