We're looking for ambitious women who are ready to embark on a challenging and rewarding career journey in tech.

About the Role

This is a 2.5-year graduate program designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to succeed as a business analyst.

You'll begin with six weeks of core training, where you'll learn the fundamentals of business analysis and develop your problem-solving skills.

After completing your training, you'll be assigned to real-world client projects, where you'll work closely with experienced consultants and apply your skills in a hands-on environment.

Throughout your journey, you'll have access to ongoing coaching, mentorship, and support from our expert team.

Requirements:

  • University degree level (bachelor or higher)
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Eligibility to work in Australia (citizen or permanent resident)

Relocation:

We may require relocation for client projects, primarily in Sydney and Melbourne. We offer a relocation package and connect you with other consultants for support.

Our consultants attend the office for client assignments, with most roles offering a hybrid arrangement of 3-5 days in the office, depending on the client.
