About the Role

Cire Early Learning is dedicated to providing a supportive and inclusive environment for young children to grow and develop. We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Centre Manager to lead our Early Years team and drive the delivery of high-quality early childhood education.

The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of the Reggio Emilia approach, and the ability to develop and implement a developmentally appropriate education program. They will also have experience in managing enrollment, risk, staffing, and CCS/ACCS funding.

The Centre Manager will be responsible for the overall operations and management of the early learning centre, ensuring a safe and engaging environment for children and families. They will also lead the team in delivering exceptional care and inclusion, and will be expected to hold a current ACECQA compliant First Aid Certificate, including Resuscitation, Asthma Management, and Anaphylaxis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a high-quality education program for kindergarten children
  • Manage enrollment, risk, staffing, and CCS/ACCS funding
  • Lead the team in delivering exceptional care and inclusion
  • Hold a current ACECQA compliant First Aid Certificate
  • Manage budgets and financials
