Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced architect to join our technology team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and implementing our technological roadmap.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of enterprise technologies, including staff collaboration tools, business applications, audio-visual and messaging technologies and networking technologies.

You will also have experience with security technology and controls, ideally in a cloud-native, technology product context, as well as workforce identity and access management technologies.

A strong background in software architecture patterns, Agile methodologies, DevOps, CI/CD & FinOps practices is essential. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and lead the implementation of business-aligned architectural strategies for our Workforce identity, Security, Employee-facing technology platforms.
  • Ensure that our technology delights our staff and manages the friction often associated with security.
  • Collaborate with other members of the architecture group to shape the technological vision of the company and integrate this vision into the broader business strategy.
  • Deeply understand the needs of our different user personas across the company and design controls and frameworks that meet the needs of these users.
  • Guide the selection of technologies and the design of solutions that are secure, robust, and scalable.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Extensive experience (Ideally 10+ years) in related roles, including 3+ years in a similar role.
  • Experience with evaluating different vendor technologies, and with considering build vs. buy decisions.
