Job Overview:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Educator to join our team at Golden Bay OSHClub. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a before and after school care capacity, providing high-quality educational programs for children.

The role involves working with children aged 5-12 years old, developing engaging activities that promote learning and development. You will be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment that supports the physical, emotional, and social growth of each child.

  • Develop and implement educational programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework
  • Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff members
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve program goals and objectives

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or related field)
  • Experience working with children in a similar setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • A current Working With Children Check
