Senior Cruise Product Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Cruise Product Manager to lead the development of our cruise product strategy, coach and mentor a team of product managers and coordinators, and oversee the day-to-day workflow to deliver innovative, high-performing packages across global cruise lines.

The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for cruise holidays and product innovation, with a strong ability to think strategically and lead a team. They will be responsible for developing and executing the cruise product strategy, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring consistent delivery of elevated holiday packages across the world's finest cruise lines.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute the cruise product strategy, aligning with business objectives and industry trends.
  • Lead and manage a team of product managers and coordinators, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and agreements to secure the best possible deals for the business.
  • Oversee the day-to-day workflow, ensuring efficient and effective operations, and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Work closely with the Cruise Product Development Director to develop and implement new product ideas, features, and services that meet customer needs and drive business growth.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of success in product management, with a focus on cruise or travel-related industries. You will also require excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.

Key qualifications include:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in product management, preferably in the cruise or travel industry.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
