Job Summary:
Catholic Healthcare is seeking experienced Aged Care Support Workers to join our team at Vincentian Aged Care in Darlinghurst, NSW. As a valued member of our team, you will provide high-quality personalized care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with personal care activities such as showering, dressing, and toileting
- Support residents with daily tasks, including eating, social activities, and mobility
- Work collaboratively with clinical staff to ensure care plans are followed and residents' health and well-being are optimized
- Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to a safe and supportive environment
- Provide exceptional customer service to families and the community
Requirements:
- A Certificate 3 in Aged Care or equivalent qualification
- At least 12 months active experience in aged care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to changing situations
- Covid-19 vaccinations x 3
- NDIS check or willingness to obtain
