  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher.">
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).">
  • At least 9 months of experience in nursing, with at least 3 months of experience in dialysis.">
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.">
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.">
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMRs) and other healthcare technology.">
