Key Store Leader

We are seeking an exceptional leader to support the Head Coach in driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

  • This dynamic opportunity combines retail and fitness spaces, with a focus on creating engaging events for our community.
  • Develop strong relationships with team members to foster a positive store culture.

The ideal candidate will be highly motivated, result-driven, and have excellent leadership skills. They will work closely with the Head Coach to drive key strategic results, manage store operations, and develop localised events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop store teams through coaching and mentoring
  • Drive profitable store growth through day-to-day management
  • Organise in-store events that enhance customer engagement
  • Lead local gym and studio events to grow community awareness
  • Build lasting relationships with values-aligned partners
  • Ensure regular feedback to elevate team performance

Operational Excellence:

  • Complete stock and visual merchandising tasks efficiently
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and complete returns accurately
  • Responsible for back-of-house organisation and cleanliness
  • Ensure timely completion of opening and closing duties
  • Maintain a clean, tidy, priced, and fully stocked store
