Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Create and manage store rosters.
• Order and manage stock.
• Lead the store during a shift.
• Train and coach team members.
• Maintain food safety standards.
• Manage cash control and budgets.
• Oversee staff management.
• Ensure safety and security protocols are followed.
• Recruit and hire new team members.
