About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Services Administrator. As a key member of our Contact Centre team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality customer service to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with administration tasks, such as data entry and record-keeping
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve business objectives and improve client satisfaction
Requirements
  • RG146 qualifications or the ability to achieve compliance within 3 months
  • Knowledge of Superannuation and associated legislation
  • Sound knowledge of Fund rules, trust deeds, insurance, charges, fees, and investments
  • Demonstrated experience in an administration or contact centre environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
