We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Junior All-Rounder. This position is perfect for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced café environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the daily operations of the café, including front-of-house tasks
  • Handle customer orders and maintain a positive customer experience
  • Assist with food preparation, serving, and cleaning
  • Perform closing duties at the end of your shift, including cleaning and ensuring everything is properly closed and secure
Requirements:

We are looking for someone who can multitask in a fast-paced environment, has fluent English communication skills, a basic understanding of Australian coffee (training provided), and is a good team player with a positive attitude.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and customer-focused approach, be willing to learn and take on new tasks, and have weekend availability.
