In this role, you will lead our non-clinical operations across multiple facilities, overseeing hospitality services, including laundry, kitchen, and cleaning, as well as maintenance services, such as grounds and general repairs.

The successful candidate will have prior experience in an operational or workforce management role, ideally within the hospitality industry. They will have strong background in staff management and be up to date with working from multicultural backgrounds. A leader who enjoys mentoring and supporting others, they will also be a self-starter who can lead a team and support during busy times and problem solve.
