Your Responsibilities:
You will analyze and improve existing ethical sourcing processes, implement process improvements, develop governance structures, policies, and procedures, maintain and analyze program data, communicate and coach suppliers, and contribute to the delivery of our Ethical Sourcing and Human Rights strategies.
About You:
To succeed in this role, you will need 3 to 5 years' experience in ethical sourcing, risk, compliance, data and process management, legal, quality, or a similar field. You should have expertise in engaging stakeholders, knowledge of international standards, and social compliance audit schemes like Sedex. A background in business or a relevant tertiary qualification is also essential.
