We are seeking a highly skilled Enrolled Nurse to join our dynamic Aged Care and Sub-Acute team at West Gippsland Healthcare Group. As an Enrolled Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing consumer-focused, holistic care under the guidance of Registered Nurses.

• Work closely with Registered Nurses to plan, implement, evaluate, and maintain the highest standards of nursing care and service delivery.
• Provide nursing functions aligned with your level of expertise and formal educational preparation.
• Care for consumers in our Residential Care Facility, utilizing exceptional assessment and problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with fellow nurses, specialists, and Assistant Nurse Unit Managers to prioritize resident care and adapt to changing daily demands.
• Exhibit sound clinical and communication skills, prioritizing resident care and safety.

• Current registration as an Enrolled Nurse with AHPRA.
• Demonstrated proficiency in nursing skills with a strong commitment to safe practices.
• Familiarity with Aged Care Quality Standards and National Safety and Quality in Healthcare Standards.
• Recent clinical experience in a residential aged care facility or Sub-Acute Department.
