About The Role:

As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will be an integral part of our retail pharmacy team. You will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, providing exceptional customer service and supporting our pharmacists with daily operations.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Greeting and assisting customers in a friendly and professional manner">
  • Processing sales and handling point-of-sale transactions accurately">
  • Assisting in preparing prescriptions under the supervision of a pharmacist">
  • Maintaining stock levels by unpacking orders, restocking shelves, and rotating stock">
  • Ensuring the pharmacy is clean, organised, and compliant with health and safety standards">
  • Answering general customer queries and referring clinical questions to the pharmacist">
  • Supporting administrative tasks such as labelling, filing, and stocktaking">
  • Promoting pharmacy products and services in line with customer needs">

The Skills And Qualifications We Are Looking For:

We are seeking someone with strong organisational, communication, and teamwork skills. A positive, can-do attitude and experience in retail or hospitality roles is essential. It would be desirable if you have prior experience in pharmacy operations.
