Job Description

We are looking for a skilled team leader to lead and motivate a team of elves in creating magical moments for visitors. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing daily operations, rosters and workflow, as well as welcoming families and keeping the atmosphere joyful and merry.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading from the front, showing their team how it's done with warmth, professionalism and a dash of festive flair. They will also oversee POS operations, processing and packaging visitor prints and photo packages with care and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of elves to create magical moments for visitors
  • Manage daily operations, rosters and workflow

Requirements
