Urban Development Director

As a Lead Urban Planner, you'll oversee high-profile urban development projects in collaboration with experts from various fields. This role demands managing complex projects, fostering strong client relationships, and contributing to the design of our cities.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage career-defining appointments while nurturing industry connections, particularly in CBD planning and medium to high-rise development.
- Coordinate statutory planning with a proven track record in delivering complex projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Provide guidance directly to clients across private and government sectors.
- Oversee staff, delegating, supervising, and reviewing work to deliver projects within scope.
- A degree in Planning or a related field is essential.
- 5-8 years of experience in urban planning are required.
- A solutions-focused mindset that creates high value is necessary.
- Experience in residential, commercial, infrastructure, or renewable energy projects is desirable.
