Project Management Executive

You will be responsible for driving consistency and quality in project execution. This involves working across various functions to bring new product projects to life while ensuring timely completion.
Key Responsibilities- Drive project consistency using established methodologies and tools.
- IDentify and mitigate project-level risks, escalating them as needed.
- Serve as the site contact for cost, capability, product, and processes.
- Lead end-to-end project trials and evaluation meetings for continuous improvement.
- Partner with capital engineering teams on major projects.
- Provide technical input and interface between plants and commercial sides of the business.
- Manage project reporting, status updates, and stakeholder meetings.
- Contribute to resource planning and confirmation of project readiness.
- Proven experience in project management methodology.
- Excellent communication skills for leading discussions across stakeholders.
- Strong project planning, risk identification, and mitigation skills.
- A focus on schedule and quality delivery.
- Knowledge of relevant business processes and technology solutions.
- Stakeholder management and influence.
- Able to build effective teams and partnerships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
