We are seeking a skilled Senior Structural Design Engineer to join our team at Bechtel Corporation. This is an exciting opportunity to work on civil/structural engineering systems, including earthwork, drainage, road design, and foundation.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop high-quality, accurate, and complete civil/structural designs using 2-D/3-D computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Lead or administer the work of civil/structural designers and drafters, ensuring compliance with approved design standards.
- Assist in constructing detailed scale models and prepare assigned material requisitions and bid evaluations.
- Monitor and check work for quality, accuracy, and safety, and participate in constructability reviews.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field, and 5-8 years of relevant experience, or 9-12 years of relevant work experience.
- Specialized courses in drafting, design, and engineering practices.
We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $135,000 per year, depending on experience, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus scheme. Our comprehensive benefits package includes private health cover, access to an employee assistance program, and a strong focus on employee wellbeing.
