Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled project manager to lead our project team in Cairns. The role involves managing the programming, safety coordination, subcontractor management, and supervision of all technical aspects of the project. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects within scope, time, and budget.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) degree, a Construction White Card, and at least 5 years' experience in project management. They should possess strong organizational skills, effective communication, and problem-solving abilities. A high level of computer literacy, particularly with Microsoft Office applications and ERP systems, is also required.
Key Responsibilities- Manage project programming, including planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and standards.
- Coordinate employees, subcontractors, procurement, plant, and equipment as needed.
- Lead and support the project team through project activities and changes to the project scope.
- Develop and implement staff training programs.
- Maintain accurate records of project financial performance.
- Monitor and ensure safe working conditions for all personnel.
