Grounds Maintenance Assistant

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Grounds Maintenance Attendant to join our team in Rockhampton.
This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working outdoors, taking pride in their work and being part of a fast-paced environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with repairs and maintenance to facilities, ensuring the grounds present beautifully and safely operating equipment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with maintenance tasks including repairs to guest accommodation and communal areas.
- Maintain the appearance of the grounds through regular cleaning and tidying.
- Safely operate ground equipment and power tools.
- Perform manual handling tasks as required.
- Previous experience in grounds maintenance with a high sense of urgency.
- Skilled in building and grounds maintenance tasks.
- Excellent time management skills and flexibility to work over a 7-day roster.
