About the Role

We are inviting applications for a skilled Maintenance Team Supervisor to lead a high-performing team of maintenance professionals in our Queensland Metals operation.


The successful candidate will be responsible for prioritizing tasks, managing maintenance resources, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective maintenance strategies;
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the maintenance team;
  • Manage third-party maintenance support networks and vendors;
  • Ensure timely and cost-efficient maintenance outcomes;
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement;

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar or equivalent asset maintenance leadership role;
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work collaboratively with different stakeholder groups;
  • Intermediate computing skills across Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
