Automotive Service Technician Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Technician to join our Newcastleteam. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and repairing vehicles on a daily basis, working closely with the Service Manager to ensure high-quality workmanship.

Job Description:

The role involves performing routine maintenance and repairs on a variety of vehicles, utilizing strong technical knowledge and skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues. You will also be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety protocols, and contributing to a positive team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3rd or 4thyear Apprentice welcome to apply
  • Mechanical Trade Certificate(essential)
  • Experience in Automobile Mechanics (essential)
  • Strong technical ability and people skills
  • A solid record of performance and quality workmanship
  • High level of personal commitment and focus
  • A team player with customer skills and leadership within the workshop environment
  • A valid driver's license – including manual transmissions
