The Role

You'll inspire and lead participants through engaging group fitness classes in a supportive and fun community environment. You'll deliver high quality and engaging group workouts and empower participants to achieve their health and fitness goals.

You'll have access to instructor onboarding, mentoring and support, opportunities for career progression, and more.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliery of Reformer Pilates classes as per program structure provided by Head Office.
  • Participate in professional development workshops and promotional activities.
  • General cleaning and maintenance tasks such as tidying Reformer equipment and ensuring everything in studio is put away between classes.
  • Deliver a high level of customer service, assisting the club sales team to recruit and retain members.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • A positive, community focused mindset.
  • Ability to deliver on brand lesson plans as set out by programming.
  • Exceptional communication and people skills.
  • Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service and unforgettable member experiences.
  • Ability to engage and coordinate a group of people in a group training environment.
  • Diploma/Cert IV in Pilates OR equivalent certification.
  • First Aid and CPR.
