About the Role

We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Planner, working closely with engineering, supply chain, production, and maintenance teams to plan workload across multiple disciplines with competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engineering workload scheduling
  • Work order creation for production and repairs
  • Checking inventory and purchase orders against Bills of Materials
  • Reporting progress status of work against plan
  • Ensuring work records are properly documented

Requirements

  • Experience working in a technical and/or engineering environment
  • Ability to interpret intent and guidance, critically analyse requirements which may be partially defined, and develop a plan incorporating inputs from various stakeholders
  • Strong skills with MS Excel and MS Project
  • Exposure to materials management and work order management tools and processes
  • Strong task organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Good stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • General understanding of configuration management principles
