Job Description

As a Disability Services Manager, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care and support services to individuals with disabilities. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and coordinate the delivery of disability services, ensuring that clients receive the best possible outcomes.

The successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in community services coordination or case management, as well as expertise in managing SIL/disability accommodations. A Certificate IV in community services or relevant discipline is preferred, along with strong supervisory and training skills.

You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, families, and healthcare professionals, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Your ability to build strong relationships, communicate effectively, and provide exceptional customer service will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate the delivery of disability services
  • Develop and implement client care plans
  • Lead and coach support workers in effective methods for delivering excellent client experiences
  • Monitor and evaluate service levels, including funding and client/carer satisfaction
  • Ensure consumer support plans and assessments are completed within required timeframes
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in community services coordination or case management
  • Expertise in managing SIL/disability accommodations
  • Certificate IV in community services or relevant discipline (preferred)
  • Strong supervisory and training skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively
