We are seeking a dedicated and experienced educator to join our team at Woonona East Public School. As a teacher, you will play a vital role in shaping the minds of our students and helping them achieve their full potential.

Our school has a strong focus on student welfare and wellbeing, with a comprehensive program in place to support the social, emotional and academic needs of all students.

As a member of our teaching staff, you will be expected to contribute to the development and implementation of curriculum programs that meet the diverse needs of our students.

You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, attending staff meetings, and participating in professional development opportunities.

• Approval to teach K-6 (Infants and Primary) with demonstrated ability to provide high quality, differentiated literacy and numeracy programs using evidence-based pedagogy and data driven practices.
• Commitment to whole school positive and proactive wellbeing programs, with a strong emphasis on effective classroom practice and behaviour management strategies.
• Demonstrate an ability to embed multicultural and Aboriginal perspectives and knowledge in policy and pedagogy, fostering and strengthening whole school community partnerships.
• Demonstrated capacity to establish and maintain positive relationships with staff, students, parents and the wider school community.
• Demonstrated experience and commitment to enriching opportunities for students by developing, coordinating and implementing whole school extra-curricular activities.
