They will also undertake first pay calculations, review and validate data position and people-based changes in Employee Central, assign workflow steps and approvals in Employee Central, and prepare documentation such as employment change letters and contracts of employment.
This role requires a high level of proficiency in SuccessFactors Employee Central and Onboarding modules, experience in payroll, drafting employment letters and contracts of employment, strong attention to detail, and ability to maintain a high level of data accuracy in Excel spreadsheets.
