The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced fitness professional to join our team at Belgravia Leisure. As a Gym Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality personal training sessions to our members, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting a safe and supportive fitness environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver personalized fitness programs for members, taking into account their goals, fitness levels, and health requirements.
  • Conduct fitness assessments and create workout plans to help members achieve their fitness goals.
  • Provide guidance and support to members on proper exercise techniques, nutrition, and lifestyle habits.
  • Monitor and maintain a safe and clean fitness environment, ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.
  • Collaborate with other fitness professionals to develop and implement new programs and services.
  • Communicate effectively with members, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Cert IV in Personal Training
  • Current Fitness Registration
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate
  • Current CPR Certificate
  • Valid Working With Children Check
  • Agree to undergo police check as part of the employment process
